Commercial Real Estate Website: Falcon Hill
Many times our clients recommend our website design and development services to their colleagues across the country. This was the case for Falcon Hill Aerospace Research Park, an Enhanced Use Lease (EUL) facility in Northern Utah. Falcon Hill was formed as a public private partnership between the Air Force and Sunset Ridge Development Partners. The EUL allows commercial properties to build on land owned by the United States Air Force. As a result, Falcon Hill needed a commercial real estate website that would inform interested parties of leasing opportunities. They also wanted to keep the local community and military personnel updated on the latest news.
Website Overview
The Falcon Hill website design is modern and responsive incorporating clean lines, text, and biotech type graphics. Navigation is simple but effective, guiding users throughout the website.
In the About section, prospective companies as well as the local community can learn about the history and future plans for the facility. Companies interested in a leasing agreement can view the masterplan, existing developments, and new opportunities with one click to the Leasing page.
Interested parties can access the Photo Gallery to view architectural renderings, progress photos and current tenants. The Project Partners page features additional information on the Military Installation Development Authority (MIDA) and Hill Air Force base. Visitors to the site can meet the team and easily gather contact information.
