Big Reveal! Furniture store receives complete make-over.

 Providing “Everything for the way you live,” Charlotte’s Furniture has been a source of fine furniture for El Paso, Las Cruces, and the southwest for over fifty years. Charlotte’s has always had the reputation as a complete home service store, so it was important to communicate this through the redesign of their site.
In order to follow the founder’s philosophy of “It’s how you treat your clients and how you treat your employees - That’s what breeds a store’s image,” the renovation of their website needed to be more than a mere redecoration. The visual design of the site conveys a personal invitation to their showroom by displaying current and relevant products and trends. Promotional incentives are prominent on the page to encourage web site visitors to go to the store.
The make-over efforts needed to offer a focus on not only the featured products, but backend integrations that would allow the company to provide a more personal and tailored customer service. Wedding registry and its respective search is available for new and existing customers, as well as a survey system that allows Charlotte’s to better serve their customers. Content on the site is completely bilingual – available in English and Spanish.
Ultimately, Charlotte’s s new site is a continuing effort of their renowned philosophy, providing a thrilling invite to their showroom and user-friendly tools that enhance customer service.
