'Tis the Season to Give

 It’s that time of year again! Yes, buckle-busting meals, goodies and gifts galore but it’s also the season for giving back. While we shouldn’t be stuck in the mentality that “giving” should only be done during the holidays, it IS the time of year when we donate the most. There’s something about “giving” that makes a person feel good… and it’s not just emotional, either. Studies have shown that random acts of kindness can actually improve your health!
